1. The Maxtor 4D060H3 drive only runs UDMA up to mode 5 due to its firmware issue.
2. Certain Seagate models need the “mod15” patches during DMA write.

Unter den Treibereigenschaften findet man auch jetzt die Option "Flash Bios". Wie das allerdings funtzen soll...???

achja unter Geraetemanager bei Scsi Raid controller ist ein menu dazu gekommen 'Flash Bios'. Das geht bei mir nicht, vielleicht wegen ABIT NF7-S rev2. Vielleicht gehts bei ASUS oder so.

Jo bei mir ist es auch ausgeblendet, aber mir ist gerade eingefallen das das vieleicht nur für PCI Karten da ist und man Onboard Controller so nicht flashen kann/darf. Könnte das richtig sein?

Was willst du auch das Controllerbios flashen? Bei onboard Controllern wird das Bios mit dem MoBo Bios geupdated.
