Miranda Fehler (oder nicht?)

Hallo,

Ich wollte mir eben die neueste Nightly installieren, aber irgendwie verwundert mich das. (Siehe Grafik)

Ist die nun neuerem Datums, oder wie?

Do you use Miranda 0.3.3.1? If so, read this:
You are using the last known stable release of Miranda IM, it has some problems and we've
no doubt fixed a vast majority of them, or are trying, if you are waiting for an update
it will come soon. Some newer plugins might not work with this version, its up to you
what you do if you want to run those plugins. If you decide to upgrade to any other version, you should note that TESTING (0.4) does not currently work on Windows 95 (but will again soon). IRC (chat.dll) does not work on Windows
95 and may never. You should hold off any upgrades if you are in any doubt.


Do you use Miranda 0.3.4 /alpha, /rich builds? if so, read this:
The Sept 10th is the last known 0.3.xx (0.3.4) build which contains a built in contact list
and database, it is the freeze point to which all other changes are compared, this is what
Wassup reports, it is more stable than 0.3.3.1 but less stable than 0.4, this is just
the current state of play, it might not always be this way, usually it should be in terms
of stability + usability: stable >= unstable >= testing

Sieht schwer danach aus, daß alles stimmt. Momentan steckt viel Arbeit in 0.4

Wurde aber auch auf miranda-im.org auf der Startseite drauf hingewiesen. ;)

Hmm, danke erstmal. Mich wunderts aber immer noch ein bißchen, da ich vorher (nach der Installation von Wassup) auf die vom 7 Dec geuppt hatte, also von der 10 Sep, die nun wieder die neuere sein soll. Naja so lange alles funktioniert.

Die 0.3.x.x nutz ich nicht, weil es da kein DCC für IRC gibt, und ich extra mIRC gekickt hab.
