Wie stehst du persönlich zum gerollten R im Englischen? Benutzt du es manchmal?
Allgemein: Ist es "Altenglisch" das rollende R zu benutzen oder abhängig von der Region in der man wohnt (in England)???
Wann benutzt man es, wann nicht? ???

Hi Rebel,
das "r" wird je nach Region und Einsatz gerne gerollt. So ab Manchester Richtung Norden wirst Du immer mehr gerollte r finden. Noch nicht RRRRRRRRammstein-mässig, aber schon deftig.
Und ja, im Altenglischen wurden die meisten r gerollt oder getappt (Zungenspitze auf den Vordergaumen / hinter den Frontzähnen).

Benutzt du es manchmal?Mich persönlich stört das gerrrrollte "r" nicht sonderlich, sofern der Rrrrest des Akzentes nicht zu Deutsch klingt. Ich selbst rrrrolle das r manchmal, hängt davon ab, mit wem ich am sprechen bin. Mein eigener englischer Akzent steht irrgendwo zwischen Cockney, RP und Australisch . . . aber wenn ich mit Mancunians rrrumhänge, dann wandert meine Aussprache ein paar hundert Kilometerrrr nach Norrrden. ;)

Ich stamme aus der Oberlausitz, da rollt man von Geburt an. In der Lehre kam mal eine Amerikanische Deutschlehrerin in unseren Englisch-Unterricht hospitieren. Unsere Englisch-Lehrerin hatte nichts besseres zu tun, als ihr eine Sprachprobe durch mich geben zu lassen.
Wer schon mal den Halb-Satz: "A Radl Rupperschdurfer Mettwurscht" im Original-Dialekt gehört hat, weiß wovon ich spreche. :D
