Der Treiber entpackt sich als NV61xx, ist also von einem Mainboardhersteller. WHQL Siegel und dann nicht auf dem FTP? Da kann schon was nicht stimmen ...

Die Setup.log ist vom 27.10 alle anderen Files vom 17.10. Da hat wer etwas angepasst ;)

Das die Setup.log älter ist, heisst nicht dass da was angepasst wurde.

Die Readme.txt wird schon ewig nicht mehr auf den neuesten Stand gebracht, was die Unterstützung von Grafikkarten angeht.

Keiner weiß woher er stammt, nichtmal Guru3d. Die setup.log ist jünger als der Treiber selbst. Treiber 17.10, setup.log 27.10, WHQL Siegel 30.10. 3 verschiedene Zeitangaben sehen nicht sehr offiziell aus.

Installationsroutine

Ist nahezu identisch.

1) Es werden ein paar weniger Auflösungs-Modi unterstützt, scheint aber nicht so tragisch...

2) Das neue CPL scheint zwar in Teilen vorhanden (wie beim 81.87 auch), aber es fehlt der elementare 'Baustein' (die EXE ;-).
Zusätzlich werden noch ein paar Policies gesetzt:

Fazit

Ist also ein waschechter WHQL-Treiber eines Herstellers.

Wer letztendlich das WHQL-Logo beauftragt, ist egal... dies kann der IHV selbst tun oder eben jeder x-beliebige Hersteller, wenn er die Mühen (vor allem die Kosten ;-) nicht scheut und sich etwas davon verspricht. Und letztlich kommt JEDER Treiber von nVidia (von den Mod-Dingens mal abgesehen ;-), aber nicht jeder 'schafft' es auf die eigene Web-Site oder zu einem der Hersteller.

Und aufgrund des 'gigantischen' Versions-Unterschiedes können die Änderungen vom 81.85WHQL zum 81.86WHQL nur marginal sein...

P.S.: ach ja, DELL ist es vermutlich nicht, da diese die von ihnen zur Verfügung gestellten Treiber oft gehörig zurecht "stutzen"... ;)

Wenn nHancer "mault" (eigentlich nur feststellt, dass ein Profil seit dem letzten Start von nHancer geändert wurde), dann hat sich was verändert.

Kann aber auch sein, dass nur das alte Profil von dem Gast anders ist, und das muss nicht unbedingt dem Auslieferungszustand des 81.87 entsprechen. Schließlich reimportieren die aktuellen Treiber beim Installieren ja alte Profile, so dass es nicht selbstverständlich ist, alle Profileinstellungen exakt so zu bekommen, wie die installierte Treiberversion es vorbigt. Nur ein deinstallieren des alten Treibers und ggf. löschen der nvapps.xml stellt das wirklich 100% sicher.
