I need help with the following text.
I wrote 7 letters (3 1/2 pages :] ) about the topic mentioned above, but this sentence is very difficult:

Den Wechsel und die Versanddokumente haben wir unserer Bank übergeben und diese angewiesen, die Aushändigung der Dokumente bei Akzeptierung des Wechsels zu veranlassen.


The draft and the shipping documents have been brought to our bank and instructed them ( the bankers ) to start the release of the documents after accepting the draft.

@offtopic: Why shouldn't a thread like this be allowed?
Grundsätzlich erlaubt sind allerdings Fragen, die sich um Lösungen für echte Probleme bemühen. Hierbei muss aber deutlich erkennbar sein, das es bereits versucht wurde ein Lösungsweg zu finden. Vorteilhaft hierbei ist es natürlich, wenn das bislang probierte genaustens dokumentiert wird.
And if a mod thinks it's not okay then let him/her delete it.

AFAIK sind grundsätzliche Fragen erlaubt, genauere Aufgabenstellungen, wie diese hier, allerdings nicht.

statt draft würde ich bill of exchange verwenden, ist nicht so verwechslungsgefährdet.

Also quasi:
The bill of exchange and the shipping documents have been handed over to our bank. They have beend instructed by us to start the delivery of the documents upon confirmed acceptance of aforementioned bill of exchange.


Sorry, aber Wirtschaftsenglisch ist nicht so mein Ding.
