WLAN - viel zu langsam

Ich bin Alice-Kunde und betreibe 2 Rechner per WLAN an einem Sphairon Turbolink IAD WLAN Modem. Während der eine Rechner normal bei voller 6mbit-DSL-Geschwindigkeit ins Netz kann, ist der andere auf ca. 15kb/s beschränkt. Auch im LAN (zwischen beiden Rechnern) ist es viel langsamer als sonst. Woran könnte das liegen?

Folgendes habe ich probiert, hat aber keine Hilfe gebracht:
- MTU zum Test per RASPPPOE auf 1492
- WLAN-Treiber aktualisiert
- CfosSpeed deinstalliert
- Hijackthis (alles clean)
- Firewall deaktiviert, WinXP Firewall probiert

Der betroffene Rechner:
- P-M 735A
- WinXP SP2
- TP-Link WN-651G interne PCI-Karte fürs WLAN

Was könnte ich noch versuchen, bevor ich ne andere WLAN-Karte bzw. USB-Adapter probiere?

Vielleicht noch als Zusatz: Es ging alles mal sehr schnell (ca. 6 Monate) und erst seit 4 Wochen habe ich dieses Problem, ohne etwas an der Hardware zu ändern. Softwareseitige Änderungen kann ich nicht mehr nachvollziehen...

Eventuell mal versuchen dort den "TCP-Optimizer" downzuloaden und durchlaufen zu lassen.

Speedguide sagt:

Default TCP Receive Window (RWIN) = 65700
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 1 bits (scale factor of 2)
Unscaled TCP Receive Window = 32850

RWIN is not fully optimized (even though it is a comparatively large number). The unscaled RWIN value is lower than it should be. Also, RWIN being close to and above 65535 does not justify the header overhead of enabling TCP 1323 Options. You might want to use one of the recommended RWIN values below.

Other RWIN values that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
513920 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 8)
256960 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 4)
128480 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 2)

Nach der Nutzung vom TCP-Optimizer gibts auf speedguide.net keine "Warnung" mehr, aber meine Geschwindigkeit ist noch immer super lahm... (auch nach Neustart)
