gf2 ti broken??

Hi got cheap a Gainward geforce2 ti500.
When i start the computer the card makes wild signs on screen.
The usual screens are full of bad signs and mistakes. A bios update didn't change a lot. Does anyone have an idea for me?

check if the cooling fans work, check if the card is plugged well in the AGP slot.
