CCC funzt net

Hallo,

ich habe jetzt in meinem Drittrechner eine 9800 Pro am laufen. Hab' den Catalyst 7.7 raufgemacht, welcher auch einwandfrei funzt und das dazugehörige CCC. Leider sagt er mir beim Hochfahren immer, dass das CCC nicht inizialisiert werden konnte. Woran kann das liegen?

Hab' jetzt noch zusätzlich das Problem, dass sich der Rechner bei UT04 aufhängt. Irgentwas haut hier nich hin.

Ah, ok. Dann mach ich mir das mal rauf.

Ist das eigentlich normal, dass im Geräte-Manager zwei Grakas aufgelistet sind? Eine ist die Normale AGP und die andere eine PCI (Secondary).

Ach ja, in der Ereignissanzeige habe ich nach dem Booten ständig einen Fehler: CRT invalid display type. Was hat das zu bedeuten?

Sorry für die ganzen Fragen, ist halt meine erste brauchbare ATI-Graka.

Soweit ich mich erinnern kann, sind die beiden Grafikkarten im Geräte-Manager normal.

Die Meldung "CRT invalid display type" ist wohl nicht weiter schlimm.



Symptoms: When a digital panel connected to the graphics card the Windows system log will show the error CRT invalid display type, the source is ati2mtag. This occurs with Catalyst 7.7 and higher

Solution: This error will not cause any issues to the system or performance. If you do not want to see the error, the workaround is to install Catalyst 7.6.

ATI Engineering has been advised of this issue and is investigating. Any updates will be published when they become available.
