Ist das nur Sourcecode, was man da runterladen kann oder besteht auch die Möglichkeit, das direkt zu testen? Evtl. sogar mit Virtual PC?

Von Singularity habe ich schon vor mindestens einem Jahr was gehört - dass sie es aber veröffentlicht haben, ist wohl neu. Dürfte aber reichlich unansehnlich sein: keine grafische Oberfläche, keine kommerzielle Software die darauf läuft...
Ist wohl wirklich nur für akademische Zwecke interessant.

Das Projekt ist schon seit längerem bekannt. Es ist wirklich ein "Forschung"-Objekt. Es ist also nicht als "Produkt" gedacht und dementsprechend kann man mit dem System auch nichts wirkliches anstellen.

Ich habs kompiliert und es läuft im virtual PC. Kann ev mal irgendwohin knallen. Aber man kann eigentlich nichts damit tun, ausser im Source-Code rumgraben. Es hat ein paar test-applikationen, die aber nicht weiter interessant sind.

Auf der offiziellen Research-Seite hat es 4 Videos, wo sie vorstellen um was es geht. (Zu Presentations runterscrollen)
