Gibt es für Gothic 3 keine besseren Bodentexturen in Form von Texturpacks? Das Spiel sieht immer noch stimmig aus, aber diese Bodentexturen gehen gar nicht. Absolut grausam.

ändert sich was beim dx10 modus? gibt es vergleichsshots mit dx9 ?
die bilder schauen auf jeden fall sehr gut aus.. :smile:
Im Augenblick compiliere ich die vorhandenen Shaderprogramme neu, teilweise mit leicht geänderten Settings. Da springen zwar (momentan) keine großartigen Verbesserungen raus, aber irgendwie fällts doch auf. Ich vermute das die Originalprogramme teilweise mit Partial Precision compiliert waren. Vergleichsshots gibts wenn ich fertig bin, was aber noch ein-zwei Wochen dauern dürfte.

il2 ist immer noch sehr hübsch anzusehen :)

Tolle G3 und Eve Bilder! IL2 finde ich ehrlich gesagt nicht so toll... kommt aber vielleicht auch daher, dass ich immer an dieses Video (http://www.patricksaviation.com/videos/trughoy/590/) denken muss, das ich schon enorm großartig finde und bisher selten etwas besseres gesehen habe.

@ OC_Burner: Ja ist es denn die Möglichkeit?! Kaum zu glauben, wie stimmungsvoll diese GothicIII-Bilder rüberkommen!
Ich habe mich auf Grund der ganzen Bug-Geschichten bis jetzt immer gegen dieses Spiel gewehrt... ich glaube, ich überleg's mir nochmal!

Hm, Sichtweite vielleicht und halt mehr Details bei den Flugzeugen, dadurch dass der Inhalt natürlich ein völlig anderer ist. Der generelle Look ist aber eben mau in heutigen Tagen. Sagt ja nichts über das Spiel aus, aber so als Still-Image zum anschauen zieh ich mir lieber HAWX rein als das hier... in Bewegung oder als Spiel ist das eine ganz andere Geschichte. Siehe auch das Pacific Fighters Video was ich verlinkt hatte.

Das ausgerechnet ein Multi / Konsolen Spiel auf PC Port so eine derbe Grafik bringt ist der WAHNSINN!!!

Wiederhole mich zwar ungern, aber es ist die zur Zeit Schönste Grafik und zum Glück stehe ich mit dieser Meinung nicht allein da!
Das unglaubliche daran, das game Performt ja selbst auf mein System noch in ordnung mit 16xaa und 16xaf!

Du hörst dich ja fast schon an wie der Crysis-Kindergarten aus dem Commentboard der PCGH. ;) Ich finde HAWX nicht wirklich hässlich - allerdings wirkt IL2 auf mich in vielen Teilbereichen der visuellen Darstellung wesentlich intensiver. Die Wasserdarstellung zb. mit wetterbedingtem Wellengang kommt im Tiefflug schon ziemlich heftig und muss sich nicht einmal gegen die Wasserdarstellung aus unzähligen Shootern verstecken.

Ganz sicher hat IL2 im Bodenbereich auch Schwachpunkte. Aber wir reden hier doch über eine Flugsim und nicht über einen Shooter. Als virtueller Hobbypilot fliegt man nicht mit der Lupe über die Bodentexturen, sondern nimmt alles aus einer gewissen Distanz wahr. Und hier sieht IL2 imho noch verdammt gut aus. Wunderschöne Tracers, Rauch und Feuereffekte. Dazu 1000de von Flugzeugskins und klasse Community-Content. Das alles wirkt in Kombination auf mich wesentlich authentischer und auch hübscher als in HAWX. Das Gameplay lasse ich dabei mal völlig aussen vor:

Du brauchst es nicht zu verteidigen, es geht mir einfach nur um die Still-Images und um sonst nichts. Und denen sieht man das Alter nun mal zu einem nicht geringen Teil an, was ich persönlich nun mal nicht so schön finde.

Und da braucht man nicht mal HAWX heranziehen, auch FS9 z.B. sieht geiler aus (s. alte Threads, da hatte mal jemand richtig edle Bilder gezeigt)

Ich glaube du kennst das Spiel schlichtweg nicht...

Die Cockpits sind voll animiert, jede Anzeige bedeutet etwas und in Kombination mit TrackIR lassen sich durch die Kopfbewegung Richtung Monitor die Instrumente auch heranzoomen und besser ablesen.
Die Cockpits haben links und rechts im Übrigen auch noch Instrumente, je nach Flieger...

Sicherlich gibt es mittlerweile modernere Engines mit DOF und Motion Blurs und sonstwas, aber dennoch sieht IL2 einfach stimmig aus und man kann dort das generieren, was man hier sehen will: schönste Game-Images, selfmade.

Naja - bei Crysis sieht es wirklich so aus als würde man das einzige Motiv immer und immer wieder knipsen, nur das man dabei verschiedene AA Modi und ein paar andere Lichtverhältnisse sieht.

Ich schau mir die Crysis Bilder immer wieder gerne an, und wer sich mit dem Game beschäftigt sieht auch die unterschiede. Crysis bioetet soviele möglichkeiten die Grafik zu verändern ! Man entdeckt immer wieder neues !

Im übrigen gibt es auch einige Bilder hier im Thread die mir nicht gefallen, wie dargo schon sagte. Aber Gott sei dank sind die geschmäcker ja verschieden ;) Und es kann nicht jedem jedes bild gefallen, wenns einem nicht gefällt kann man ja weiter scrollen....

PS :
Ich hab grade FEAR2 angefangen zu spielen, da kommen demnächst auch ein paar Screenshots. Das beste ist ... bei Fear2 gibt es wieder Störfilter *freu*

Meine Map gibts nicht. Ich hab sicher schon 10 Maps gebastelt, in denen ich mich hauptsächlich mit den Sandboxfunktionen vertraut gemacht hab. Angestachelt von deinen Screenshots, hab ich heut wieder ein bisschen herumprobiert.

Rennt auf nem Core2Duo@3.2GHz und ner 640MB 8800GTS@650/900 mit 25-30fps im Editor - @1280x1024 bei ~1.5-2 Mio Polys/Frame.

EDIT: Mein Problem ist, dass ich meistens die Levelsize viel zu groß wähle ;)

Vielen DAnk !! Die Ultra High v1.4 beta4, raceload.jpk, Dargos Mod red.Blur, Enhanced Ultra v3, hatte ich als letztes geteste. aber irgendwie hat es bei nachtsrecken sehr geruckelt. Die neueren versionen muss ich mal testen. Danke nochmals !!

Schöne Bilder von Jericho ! Ich hatte auchg ein paar Schöne screenshots davon , die betonzg liuegt auf hatte ! Aber das game macht auch gut laune. ich werde es betimmt noch mal zocken.

Imo viel zu nah die Aufnahmen. Dadurch wirkt der Anzug eher schlecht texturiert, was er in Wirklichkeit gar nicht ist. Die Gesichtsdetails sind aber sehr schön. :)

Das liegt aber an den Beleuchtungssettings.

Funktioniert jetzt richtig gut, fehlt nur noch die Beschränkung fürs Replay.

Auf WiC Soviet Assault freu ich mich auch schon, hab es mir auch gekauft. Ich finde schon das Hauptspiel recht Geil. Nur finde ich es schade das man unter DX9 keine Wolkenschatten hat :( Ich finde die tragen sehr zur Atmo bei, und geil aussehen tunse auch.
Aber jetzt zocke ich erst mal Fear2 fertig.

800x600 pixel bei 32kbyte dateigröße ist schon per definition nicht schön.

mach das mal wieder weg und dann lade die originalbilder bei einem bilderhoster wie imageshack oder directupload hoch.
€: und beim resizen darfst du das seitenverhältnis nicht verändern.

Imageshack ist so ziemlich der grotigste Bildhoster den ich kenne, bis der die Bilder geladen hat hab ich schon keine lust mehr sie anzuschauen.

Immer noch WIP, ich hab Abstürze bei bestimmten Strecken, ich muss rauskriegen an welchem Shader das liegt:redface: sind ausserdem mit dem 185.68 und aktiviertem AO entstanden;)

LockOn ist ne schöne Alternative, wenn man etwas Spieltiefe, bzw. ein gutes Gegenstück zum Arkadelastigen Hawks haben möchte.
Auch hier sind alle Cockpitanzeigen Animiert, und haben eine Bedeutung !

LockOn 8xAA 16XAF Rest auf max. bis auf schatten, wenn man das auf Full stellt bekommt man Grafikprobleme, was mit dem nächsten Patch behoben werden soll.

Eigentlich habe ich nirgendwo Motion Blur verteufelt. :confused:
Du verwechselst hier was. ;)

Ich mag normalerweise auch diesen Film/Grain-Effekt nicht. In Cryostasis kommt der aber nur bei den "Erinnerungen" zum Einsatz was imho durchaus passt. :)

Ne die wirken immer wie Zuckerwatte und sind teilweise völlig falsch beleuchtet.

Was war das damals genial als man zum ersten mal bei LockOn im Regen und Blitz gestartet ist nach oben gestiegen ist, dann die Wolkendecke durchstoßen hat und aufeinmal in der Sonne war... wow. Dazu die Shaderwolken die richtig Beleuchtet wurden... wow.

Ich bin mir voll sicher, dass du das warst (unter anderem) in einem Unreal Thread oder bei einem Rennspiel Thread... oder sogar hier. Ich finde es meistens angebracht, aber in Shootern dann doch als letztes (jetzt nicht auf diese Bilder bezogen, Cryostasis sieht sehr stimmig aus) denn Bewegungsunschärfe in den Geschwindigkeiten so dicht am Körper wird vom Gehirn kompensiert und entsteht eigentlich in der Realität nicht.
