P5Q Deluxe wacht nie aus Standby auf

Ich hab etwas übertaktet, wobei der FSB bei 400 liegt, was eigentlich für das Board kein OC sein sollte. Die RAM-Spannung (2,1 V) hab ich erhöht und auch die NB Spannung (1,24 V). Was muss ich noch anstellen, damit die Kiste aus dem Standby aufwacht?

Edit: Also es geht an aber nix Bild unzo. Muss dann den Powerbutton gedrückt halten bis es ausgeht und dann normal starten. Anschließend kommt die Meldung overclocking failed.

CPU: C2D E6400
RAM: 4*2 GB Corsair XMS2-6400

Klingt jetzt vielleicht ein wenig merkwürdig, aber ich muss mein P5N-E SLI mit der Reset Taste aus dem Standby aufwecken.

Also S1 geht, S3 (suspend-to-ram) nicht.

neuestes bios aufs board flashen, nach möglichkeit einen kompletten satz aktuelle treiber (grafik, sound, lan, chipsatz etc) installieren.

Treiber unabhängiges Problem (windows und linux getestet); neueste BIOS ist drauf
selbst bei Standardwerten startet es nicht korrekt

wie in der PN besprochen, besprochen habe ich gerade die anderen 4GB Ram auch eingebaut , also insgesamt 8GB als 4 x 2GB Riegel , Suspend to Ram läuft einwandfrei

EDIT : Welche GPU nutzt du denn für den Rechner , eventuell liegt es am Grakatreiber , oder mal andere Graka testen
