Hat jemand ne Ahnung wie das geht, gibts da irgend ein Programm oder so?

Auf 'ner PC-Welt CD gab's mal ein Programm mit dem man den IE deinstallieren kann. Ist jetzt aber bestimmt 8 Monate her, und ich weiss nicht mehr, wie es heisst.

Ich schätz mal das man den IE niemals restlos entfernen kann!

Der IE-DeInstaller hat ihn zwar runtergeputzt, aber das System wurde instabil.

* We cant say right now - when its done - but were talking weeks/months not years.

Well that sucks - what is taking so long?

* We're ensuring that the new program can monitor the status of every change it makes to the OS to detect and repair any changes made by an inadvertent installation of say a Microsoft Service Pack that might try to replace a feature you have selectively disabled/removed. ie. we're making it robust for a general audience not just the hard core tweaker - this is taking some time.

Can I put my name down for beta testing now?

* No, we'll beta test through our registered 98lite customers - the beta will be announced and made available when it is ready and not before - stop asking please :)
