Die Engine ist eben immer die selbe. Du erkennst doch wahrscheinlich auch jedes Spiel was auf der Unreal Engine 3 basiert, oder nicht?

Natürlich erkennt man die Base Engine zu 90% aber das wird schwerer wenn sie extreme verändert wurde oder das Workflow und der Art style vor allem das Lighting so different (aussergewöhnlich) zu anderen ist das es nicht mehr einfach möglich ist :)

Remember me ist so ein Beispiel oder Bioshock, auch Duke Nukem Forever (teilweise bedingt dadurch das die assets durch zig andere Engine Workflows geflossen sind) oder Borderlands.

auch Far Cry 3 z.b ist schwer zu sehen das es im Grund die alte CryEngine ist ;)

oder schau dir The Hunter an erkennst du da noch die Avalanche Engine ;) ?

Du hast aber schon recht die Gamebryo Engine hat interessante Rendering Merkmale die ungewöhnlich sind vor allem in der Creation Engine incarnation ;)

Ich würde nicht sagen das Bioshock Infinite nicht mehr nach UE3 aussieht. Vielleicht hab ich aber einfach zu viele Spiele mit der Engine gespielt das mir sowas sofort auffällt.
Und Duke Nukem war glaub ich sogar nur Unreal Engine 2.5.

Tatsächlich. (https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Far_Cry_3) Das erklärt dann auch warum man nicht wirklich erkennt das es die CryEngine ist :freak:. Die Dunia Engine basiert aber auf der CryEngine. Aber wahrscheinlich genau so viel wie die Source Engine auf der Quake Engine basiert.

Jep Dunia war schon damals recht interessant hat schon sachen implementiert an die Crytek jetzt gerade mal bei der neuen CryEngine denkt und das im Prinzip auch nur wegen Microsoft Requirements, aber sie sehen sich ja auch jetzt als Service Provider ;)

Source Engine hat immernoch einige crazy sachen implementiert wenn ich nur an das Facial Animation system denke das find ich heute noch verdamt unique

Sieht aus wie ein cooler Graffiti-Schriftzug das Geländer. Gefällt mir, überhaupt die ganzen Details und das Artdesig in dem Spiel sind mit liebe gemacht.
Ich hoffe das hällt sich das ganze Spiel so, nicht das es nur bei den ersten Leveln so ist. Imho eine Mischung aus Crysis3/Quake4/Unreal3 einfach Super ! Ich liebe dieses Spiel !
Sehr schade das es zu Cheatengine, und die Freecam die man damit basteln kann keine deutsche Anleitung gibt, bzw allgemein zu dem Programm.

JA, wie gesagt bin beruflich z.Z Beruflich sehr eingespannt und komme daher sehr wenig bis gar nicht zum Zocken.
Hab auch noch so viele Spiele dir ich gerne spielen würde ;( Aber ich werde in nächste Zeit mal wieder Bilder machen,
macht echt Bock, gerade Alien Rage Unlimited :umassa: und Outlast :udevil:.

PS: Deine Bilder sind echt nice, vor allem mit dem AA, als ich das damals gespielt habe hatte ich keine gescheite Kantenglättung.
Aber mit SGSSAA schaut es wirklich sehr cool aus. Hätte direkt bock den Teil nochmal zu spielen. Aber erst mal sind die oben
genannten dran, und noch ein paar TD-Games wie z.B Anomaly2 :naughty:

Ich habe beides nicht gespielt. Aber Project Cars spricht mich optisch mehr an.
ich habe keines von beiden gespielt, aber assetto sieht verdammt leer aus von den strecken. ich hoffe das pcars, wenn es erscheint, sich wirklich mit forza anlegen kann und erfolgreich gegen drückt.

Es ist immer wieder interessant zu beobachten wie einfach man das Gehirn (Visuelen Cortex) täuschen kann ohne Erfahrung :)

Nur in Motion ist das dann nicht mehr so einfach selbst ohne die Erfahrung ;)

Leute hier zur Verfügung zu haben die das durchschauen ist nicht schlecht ;)

Zumal wenn ich die Ergebnisse sehe dann scheint auch bei FM4 viel geprebaked worden zu sein das scheint sich mit FM5 fortzusetzen :)

Die zerstörbaren Kisten finde ich auch sehr Geil, die nicht einfach nur K-putt (:D) gehen und danach verschwinden,
sondern in jeder Kiste auch ein Inhalt zu betrachten ist bzw. zum Vorschein kommt, der in jeder Box anders ist. sehr cool ! +1

Auch die Waffendetails wirklich super ! Ich kenne kein Spiel in dem die zum einsammeln bzw.
vom Gegner fallen gelassenen Waffen so Detailliert dargestellt werden wie in Alien Rage. Super !! +1

@ jay.gee: Toll eingefangen, leider ist das ganze Batman-Setting für mich (ähnlich wie alles mit Marvel) bestenfalls unfreiwillig komisch. Aber so bleibt mir mehr Zeit für andere Sachen. Und Zustimmung, so ein Spielejahr gab es in meiner Erinnerung als Zocker noch nie. Und die reicht nun auch schon über 20 Jahre zurück.

@ K-putt: Vor allem bei der Grafik... sehe da jetzt nicht wirklich was, was mit den Engines aktueller Titel mithalten könnte bzw. in Relation dazu diesen Hardwarehunger rechtfertigt. Eigentlich sieht es wie Far Cry 3 aus, aber das war ja wesentlich genügsamer.

Man sieht das unscharf aus. Ich frag mich immer warum man sich freiwillig TXAA antut. FXAA kann das Bild genau so vermatschen wenn man will. Nimm doch lieber 2xMSAA und ein gutes FXAA setting.
Ich wette mit dir das dass wesentlich schärfer aussieht und die Kanten genau so wenig flackern wie mit TXAA.

Rage (id Software, 2011)

Man ist hin und hergerissen. Am großen Fernseher aus 2 Metern Abstand sieht alles grandios aus, bei der Screenshot-Auslese am Monitor glaubt man teilweise nicht, wie mies manche Texturen sind. Das mal ausgeblendet ist das Art Design wunderbar atmosphärisch, und zum Glück wenigstens sämtliche NPCs auf sehr hohem Niveau ausgearbeitet.

Das ist bestimmt nur ein bug, da ist zu 99% einer bei guerilla auf die falsche taste gekommen als er das power value für den shader festgelegt hat ;)

Rage (id Software, 2011)

Ich glaub du musst mir mal deine Config und die Bindings schicken :biggrin:.
Muss aber noch warten bis CeeJay endlich mal seine Shader zu OpenGL portiert. Das Spiel schreit nach tieferem Schwarz und etwas höherem Kontrast.

So, nun bin ich auch endlich nicht mehr so Krank da kann ich mich mal mehr als 2 Meter zum PC bewegen.

Nett, wie läuft das denn mit den ganzen Objekten und was hast Du für einen PC?

Ich müsste FSX neu installieren, und das ist wieder so ein riesiger Akt. Dann läuft es mit 25 fps aufgrund der Objekte, oder stattdessen ohne aber mit Tileproxy, und das ist auch nicht ohne. Daher beschränke ich mich momentan auf die Schweiz in Aerofly wenn es zivile Fliegerei in der echten Welt sein soll.

Von innen sehen die Assetto Cars auf jeden Fall besser aus ! Bei pCars der Wasser-effekt
ist natürlich göttlich, aber NFS kann das ja auch schon recht gut.....daher denke ich das bei Assetto der Effekt ebenfalls göttlich aussehen wird :smile:

Battlefield 4 (EA Digital Illusions CE, 2013)

Bin prinzipiell geneigt, jay.gee zuzustimmen. Frostbite 3 ist IMHO ATM die beste Engine am Markt, es gibt immer wieder verblüffende Effekte, die man so noch nicht gesehen hat. Andererseits nutzt BF4 (ebenso IMHO) diese nicht im Geringsten aus, in den grafischen Details zeigen gerade die „China Rising“-Maps handwerkliche Schwächen, die spüren lassen, unter welchen Zeitdruck man bei Dice momentan steht. Ich wünschte nur, man könnte diese JJ Abrams-Lens Flares abschalten, hat das Spiel gar nicht nötig.

Mein PC: 4770k@ 4,3 GHz und GTX770
Also wie du dir denken kannst läuft das gar nicht mal so flüssig, wenn man z.B. über Christbruch fliegt bin ich im einstelligen FPS Bereich. In den abgelegenen gebieten wie den Alpen oder der im Bereich kleiner Ortschaften läuft es aber halbwegs flüssig mit über 24-30 FPS(ich hab einen Begrenzer auf 30 FPS eingestellt) Im FSX ist alles auf max gestellt, sollte man die ini auf FPS optimieren ist da sicherlich noch deutlich mehr drin. FSX wird aber wohl dank 32Bit, nur 1Kern Nutzung und DX9 nie richtig flüssig laufen(mit Addons). Meine Hoffnungen setzte ich da lieber auf X-plane oder den indirekten FSX Nachfolger Preaper 3d.

War Thunder@diverse Settings:

Freunde klassischer Dogfights, die mit "Wings of Prey" und Co ihren Spass hatten, sollten unbedingt mal reinschauen. Sieht toll aus, unterstützt Flightsticks, TrackIR, 3D-Vision und hat ein fantastisches Optionsmenü. Zudem lässt es sich auch mit M/T spielen und kommt wunschweise im Handling recht einsteigerfreundlich daher. Da sind sie wieder - unsere "erste Welt Probleme". ;) Ich verstehe einfach nicht, wie man sich über sowas wirklich aufregen kann, statt einfach weiter zu scrollen. Irgendwie unfair den Leuten gegenüber, die hier aktiv etwas zum Thread beisteuern. Da posten die User hier mühevoll ihre Bilder und ihr sorgt permanent dafür, dass sie mit so einem Gequatsche auf die zurückliegenden Seiten geschwemmt werden. :(
