Stimmt, du musst mal übers Land streifen, da sind echt ein paar üble Vegetations patzer.
Hab im Far Cry 3 Fred geschrieben wie man Hud freie screens macht, Chicken.:wink:

Einfach wie üblich chronisch nörgeln lassen - ich vertraue da lieber auf meine eigenen Augen. ;) Imho visuell eines der absoluten verfügbaren Highlights auf dem PC.

Geile Bilder, Jay/Tom (Tolle Farben)/Betleat usw.

FarCry³ Hat echt so eine Geile Grafik :eek: ! Und die Welt, so vielseitig ! Pflanzen/Tiere/Waffen/Texturen/Gameplay und und und....wirklich HAMMER :massa: (Die Grafik kann man vielleicht etwas mit JustCause² vergleichen, nur besser) !

Ein paar Impressionen aus Rage mit leichtem Tweaking. Läuft in dieser Optik auf einem Mainstream-Notebook (Core i3-2310M, Radeon HD 6630M, 8 GiB DDR3-RAM, SSD) spielbar ohne allzu penetrantes Texturnachladen. Das Nachladen aller Texturen einer Szene erfolgt binnen einer Sekunde.

Verbrauch mit Akku und erreichbare FPS bzw min FPS ?
Also in 1280x960 mit 4xMSAA sinds typischerweise 30-50 fps und nie unter 25 fps. In 1680x1050 mit 4xMSAA, was die Ausgangsbasis für die Screenshots war, gehts vielleicht 5 fps im Schnitt runter, gemessen hab ich es nicht.
Verbrauch an der Steckdose mit und ohne eingesetztem Akku liegt zwischen 38 und 48 Watt, im Schnitt schätzungsweise 42 Watt. /EDIT: Mit externem Monitor sind es die rund 42 Watt. Mit internem Monitor auf max. Helligkeit messe ich zwischen 46 Watt und 52 Watt, im Schnitt schätzungsweise 48 Watt.
Akkulaufzeit hab ich mit Rage nicht gemessen, bei Test Drive Unlimited 2 waren es mit GPU und CPU auf volle Leistung rund 60 Minuten bis das Betriebssystem runterfahren wollte (dann verbleiben noch ca. 10% Akkuladung).
Geht um das Dell Vostro 3550. Ich hab den 6-Zellen-Akku mit 48 Wh.

Treiber ist übrigens der Catalyst 12.11 beta4 mit Enduro-Untersützung, Dynamic Switching geht damit auch unter OpenGL.

Wirklich fette Bilder@ Intel, Tom, Timewarp und Co. Da erkennt man sofort, warum man gerne auch mal in Hardware investiert. ;) BtW ist FarCry³ wirklich ein Shit-Game - bei mir kommt kein Flow auf. =) Alle paar Meter möchte ich Bilder machen, weil das Game einfach fast NonStop Traummotive bietet. Soviel Spass am Screenshoten hatte ich zuletzt bei Titeln wie S.T.A.L.K.E.R, Crysis, Arma² und Co.

Leider habe ich auch den Bug, das ich beim Bogen auf einmal keinen roten Punkt in meinem Zielgerät habe. Bei allena anderen Waffen ist der Punkt da, sehr komisch.

Das sind verdamt gute ergebnisse gemesen mit nem on the wall gerät sind hier sicherlich mess differenzen aber trotzdem beindruckend für die detaildichte auf der client side, spiegeln auch sehr meine HD 2000 tests wieder :)

Jo, vor allem war ich überrascht, dass es auf meinem Notebook deutlich besser läuft als auf meinem Desktop-PC (Core 2 Duo @ 3 GHz + Radeon HD 4850 512 MiB @ PCIe 1.1). Offenbar spielt die Infrastruktur und Speicherausstattung bei Rage eine große Rolle. Ich weiß nicht, ob auch die SSD was reißt.
Auf jeden Fall bin ich Fan dieser Engine, könnte künftig auch für Browsergames interessant sein. Intels Haswell ist ja wahrscheinlich schon mit IGP schneller als mein Notebook.

Mir gehen die Crysis Bilder auch heute noch nicht auf die Nerven !
Hatte ja heute alles von "Hoch" auf "Ultra" gestellt und gemerkt das PostFX auf Ultra verwaschene Screenshots macht. Deshalb wieder zurück auf hoch.
Wenn FarCry2 auch so cool ist hab ich echt was verpasst.Hab das Game schon eig in meinem Regal stehen inkl. Offiziellem Lösungsbuch...

Unglaublich fette Bilder@ Tom, Intel, Bush & Co. BtW "Sorry" für den FarCry³-Spam hier - aber das Game bietet so unwahrscheinlich viele Kinnlade-runter-Passagen, wie ich es in einem Spiel nur selten erlebt habe.

Also Far Cry 3 bringt mich da nicht gerade zum Abspritzen, sieht es wenigstens in Bewegung besser aus? Irgendwie kommt es steril+detailarm rüber und die Beleuchtung ist "immer die selbe".

In den letzten Jahren haben Autos auch mehr an Design zugelegt. Mich interessiert also das hier und jetzt und bei Far Cry 3 cumt bei mir das Gefühl auf, schon "alles irgendwo mal gesehen" zu haben, und das ist kein Deja Vu mehr und das liegt auch nicht an der Übersättigung hier, denn das Gefühl cum schon mit den ersten Bildern hier auf zusammen mit dem oben geschriebenen, nur habe ich noch etwas abgewartet obs vllt nicht besser werden könnte, ist es aber nicht geworden.
Ich kenne wesentlich detailreichere, lebendigere "Spiele mit Bäumen, Gras und Felsen".

Spiele auch. Ich bin mal mit Pong und Pacman angefangen und laufe jetzt in solchen 3D-Welten rum. Es ist schön, sich eine gewisse Relation und Bodenständigkeit zu wahren.

Ich bin ein recht guter Beobachter und ich bin auf deine Aussage angesprungen, weil Leute wie Du immer wieder nur das Haar in der Suppe suchen. Auf den letzten Seiten gibt es phasenweise Levelpassagen, die sind so hochwertig ausstaffiert, dass man eigentlich nur noch mit dem Kopf schütteln kann, wenn Leute wie Du dann trotzdem Jammern. Das meine ich gar nicht böse - aber immer ist alles schlecht - immer ist alles mies, wo bleibt da die Verhältnismässigkeit? Das ist das einzige was an deiner Kritik stört. Leute wie Du heben immer nur das Negative unverhältnismässig hervor, während sie die Positiven Aspekte wie üblich blind übersehen.

Steril ist das Game aber hundert Pro nicht ! Was da alles an Tieren und Insekten kreucht und fleucht ist echt der Hammer ! Da gibt es nicht nur die Tiere die man Jagen kann ! Da gibt es Krebse/Schlangen/Ratten/Papageien/Möwen und und und....
Keine Ahnung was bei Dir Steril ist. Und zur Beleuchtung... Es gibt Tag, Nacht, Sonniges Wetter, Regen Wetter, Sonnen auf und Untergang was willst Du denn noch ? Schnee auf ner Karibik Insel !?

Das Gegenteil von kritisieren (was du mit hier mit Jammern verwechselst) ist Bilder posten, was ich hier auch getan habe. Also nix mit "immer negativ". Von Bildern gabs von mir sicher mehr als von negativen Dingen.

Weil ich hier nicht das Thema bin, sondern FC3. Titel die Natur sehr gut hinbekommen sind oft im Rollenspielgenre zu finden, Skyrim, The Bitcher 2, Risen. Abgesehen davon, habe ich ned immer Bock auf Pix machen und auch finde ich manchmal zu bestimmten Spielen keine Toggle-HUD-Mods oder FreeCam-Mods oder die Tilde-Taste funzt ned um die Console zu öffnen weil DE-Tastatur etc...

Klingt schon besser, das cumt nur in den Bildern hier und auch jene die ich in der Zwischenzeit ergoogelt habe, nicht rüber. Ich werde das noch weiter verfolgen.

Ich finde, dir bleibt bei deiner Kritik wieder einmal recht viel verborgen. Ist allerdings auch nicht mein Problem, da ich eh mein eigener Kritiker bin. Für mich ist FarCry³ eine der stimmigsten 3D-Welten, in der ich je unterwegs war. Und imho auch eine der technisch anspruchsvollsten 3D-Welten dazu, die die Möglichkeiten von High-End-Hardware auf dem PC wunderbar auskostet. FarCry³ ist einfach ein verdammt gutes Spiel geworden, das man in einem Atemzug mit Genre-Grössen wie Crysis und Co nennen kann. In puncto Gameplay und 3D-Welt, ist FC3 sogar genau das, was ich mir von Crysis seinerzeit in puncto Handlungsfreiraum immer gewünscht habe.

Versteht mich nicht falsch, ich hatte bei Farcry 2 mehr Spaß, als bei Crysis Warhead, aber bei allem Bombast fehlt mir bei der Optik hier und da ein Detail zur Brillanz.

Auf diesem Shot konkret stört mich die Sonnenreflexion ungemein. Allgemein sind so ziemlich alle Screens mit Wasserreflexion nur so lala. Auch das SSOA geht überhaupt nicht, wobei ich die Auraschatten wahrscheinlich in Bewegung gar nicht mehr so sehr wahrnehmen würde, spiele ich doch momentan hauptsächlich mit Chivalry ein UE3-Spiel, das auch nur mäßiges SSOA und hier und da unpassende Auraschatten hat.

Das ist also ein dynamischer und kein statischer Prozess. Ich bin kurz in mich gekehrt und habe als Nicht-Technik-Freak mit einem gewissen Basiswissen darüber nachgedacht, dass solche dynamischen Reflexionen ja berechnet werden wollen. Das sind so kleine Details die mir ins Auge stechen, wenn mal wieder gejammert wird, dass das Game zu schlecht für das Gebotene performed. Ich kenne kaum Spiele, die so wunderschöne Wasserreflexionen auffahren, wie FarCry3. Auch wenn die Sonnenreflexionen auf dem Wasser sicher nicht dazugehören. Schau sie dir dafür mal im- und durch Glas an. :D

Ja, der Wassershader ist immerhin dynamisch. ABER die Oberfläche ist ein komplett glattes Objekt, was ich inzwischen nicht mehr ertrage UND der Detaillevel der Reflexionen ist massiv gesenkt. Der Wassershader hat mich aber auch schon bei FC2 arg genervt ... da ist eindeutig Potential verschenkt. Trotz der massiven Hardwareanforderung. Hm.

Außerdem: bei Farcry 3 kommt an viele Stellen Licht, wo Schatten sein sollte. Das reißt mich aus der Illusion. Zumindest auf den Screenshots. Schade!

Also ich finde das Wasser aus AC3 absolut klasse von dem was man sieht :)
Die Anvil Engine stellt es sehr gut da es wirkt in jedem Screen bombastisch auch in den Trailern konnt ich mir ein Wow nicht verkneifen als ich die Schiffschlachten gesehen hab :)
So geflasht hat mich Wasser weder von Crytek noch das was man hier in FC3 sieht aber das ist nur meine Persönliche Meinung bassierend auf euren Screens und Trailern ;)
Siehe denjudge seinen Schiff aus Vogelperspektive Shoot einfach nur genial diese Simulation, daran könnt ich mich satt sehen vieleicht sogar drauf "cumen" ;)

Wirkt durch die verschiedenen Settings abwechlsungsreicher.

Ich bin eher von den AC3 Wald Shots enttäuscht. Sieht fast nach Albedo+Schatten aus.

Damit gibst du mir Recht in allem von mir bisher Geschriebenem oO Es wurmt dich ja aber ohnehin schon seit Monaten. oO Dieser innere Konflikt in deinen widersprüchlichen Aussagen (zB Kritik an falscher Erwartungshaltung, dann plötzlich ein Crysis 1 mit mehr Open World gewünscht) macht sich doch recht deutlich bemerkbar. Vielleicht aber findest du noch eines Tages zu deinem Pfad junger Padawan :redface:

Mir fehlt da Architektur, Beleuchtung, eine interessante Farbkomposition.

FC3 ist schick... aber ist optisch mehr oder weniger Crysis in etwas bunter. Definitiv besser als das braune FC2.

Bioshock finde ich auch mal wieder interessant. Art deco ist ein bisschen ungwöhnlich in Spielen. Vielleicht wirkt es deshalb einzigartiger.

Edit: ZenoClash hat auch einen abgefahrenen Stil. ;)

Ich verstehe was Du meinst - es geht primär um den identischen Look. Aber in puncto Bildkomposition gibt der Content imho überproportional viel her. Ich denke Du würdest verstehen was ich meine, wenn Du durch diese Welt läufst. :) Ist in der Tat ein ähnliches Phänomen wie seinerzeit mit Crysis.

"Die schönsten Game-Images"

Da steht nicht die am Technisch aufwändigsten Game Images in meiner Auffassung können auch Art Esets schön sein auch wenn sie billig gerendert sind.

Keine Sorge, da bin ich voll bei dir. Ich verteidige hier in diesem Thread schon seit Jahren Design-Content vs Technik. Aber meine Aussage ergibt im Zusammenhang schon Sinn, zumal sie an Jemanden gerichtet ist, der hier mit Rage und Co in der Vergangenheit eine menge Artdesign gebasht hat. Daher ja meine Reaktion - ich wollte einfach mal den Widerspruch aufzeigen.

Schon wieder die klasse BS-Shots vergessen zu loben. :) Das Game steht schon seit Ewigkeiten auf meiner Liste der Spiele, wo ich endlich mal einen zweiten Durchgang starten möchte. :) Die Shots bestärken mich, wenn ich nur etwas mehr Zeit hätte. ;)

Hmm ich weiss nicht. Ich finde die Shots ansprechnder als die immer gleichen Far Cry 3 Bilder.
Wirkt durch die verschiedenen Settings abwechlsungsreicher.

Ich hab ja nichts gegen die Dishonored-Screenshots an sich gesagt, mir gefällt der Look einfach nicht. Sieht alles so verschwommen aus und auch die Farbgebung ist nicht meins. Bin halt SweetFX gewohnt bei dem Game.

Ja und Bioshock steht seit der Erscheinung in meinem Regal, sollt ich auch mal spielen....
Aber nach FC3 kommt erst mal das 2011er DeusEx

Nicht meinen Nerv, aber meine Beobachtungsgabe. Es ist ja jetzt nicht das erste mal in den letzten Jahren gewesen, dass Du über künstlich gespielte Kritik suggerieren wolltest, dass Du einen soooo hohen Anspruch an Grafik hättest, um dann permanent selbst irgendwelchen Schrott in diesen Thread zu tragen. Ich habe dich im Kontext doch einfach nur gefragt, wo dein Anspruch auf einmal geblieben ist? Oder cumst Du etwa bei so dem Crap, um es in deinen Worten auszudrücken? (http://www.abload.de/img/falloutnv_2012_11_10_cdo7t.jpg) Deine widersprüchliche Wahrnehmung deutet zumindest darauf hin, dass es dir in deiner Kritik irgendwie nur ums Trollen ging.

Erstaunlich welche Scheinwelt du dir mittlerweile geschaffen hast und darin auch noch gefangen bist. Ich möchte mehr "über mich" erfahren, erzähl mal, bin schon gespannt. Dein innerer Konflikt, den du immer noch austragen musst, macht sich zB in deinem "mimimi jetzt setze ich Slipi79 auf ignore", 1 Woche später war der ignore plötzlich weg. Inkonsequenz pur. Das war vor ein paar Monaten (oder schon Jahren, dunno). Dein innerer Konflikt ist auch darin zu erkennen, dass du schon FC3 mit New Vegas versucht gleich zu setzen. Junge, aufwachen!

Wirklich sehr geile Bioshock-Impressionen - besonders das Bild hat es mir angetan. :up: Und ich sage gleichzeitig schon mal "Danke", weil sie der Anstoss dafür sind, dass ich das Spiel in den nächsten Tagen wieder installieren werde. Ich schiebe das jetzt schon seit Monaten vor mir her, zumal ich das Spiel erst ein einziges mal durchgespielt habe. Und ein solches Werk, sollte man doch mit etwas Abstand, zumindest ein zweites mal gespielt haben. ;)

Es ist aber Unsinn, was er sagt.
Bei dem Spiel hätten sie den DX11-Renderer auf weglassen können, so "modern" ist es. Probier es aus und achte mal auf einen Unterschied, abseits von HDAO und mehr fps (mehr fps mit DX9 mein ich). ;)
Dementsprechend könnte er sicherlich seine Aussage auch technisch nicht belegen und "argumentiert" lieber mit der Ahnungslosigkeit von mir.
Aber ist ok, das war definitiv der letzte Post von mir, der auch nur irgendetwas mit einem jay.gee zu tun hat. :)

Ist auch für mich der 2. durchlauf. der 1. ist aber auch schon 'ne weile her.
Und mit sweet fx und downsampling macht das Spiel gleich doppelt so viel laune.

Hab ein bisschen mit SweetFX rumgespielt, aber ich bekomme DX9 einfach kein AA hin, außer SGSSAA und das zieht zu heftig an der Leistung. Auch das in SweetFX integrierte SMAA, oder das xml-FXAA bringt irgendwie nichts. Das war/ist auch bei Dishonored inkl. SweetFX so, da hilft auch nur SGSSAA.....
