Ich bin jetzt komplett auf Linux Mint umgestiegen und bin - würde ich sagen - Einsteiger. Bin soweit auch auch gut durchgekommen mit der Konfiguration, eine Kleinigkeit habe ich aber nicht hingekommen und zwar mein Brother DCP-1512 ans scannen zu bekommen. Ich habe die Brother Treiber installiert und brsaneconfig4 -d zeigt folgendes an:

Drucken funktioniert problemlos, in simple scan wird mir kein Scanner angezeigt. Nun weiß ich gerade irgendwie nicht weiter :confused:
