Und hier die Daten von dem Device, das USB 3.0 benutzen will, aber angeblich nur 2.0 bekommt. (Pop-up mit "Device can use Super-Speed USB 3.0 ...") und die Software (Oculus Rift) zeigt auch nur USB 2.0 an

Ist das nur eine falsche Anzeige oder ist es wirklich nur USB 2.0?

Ich habe schon mit allen verfügbaren BIOS Settings gespielt. Aber keine hatte einen Effekt.

Ist dein BIOS R 2.0 und welches OS verwendest du? Ich habe versucht das aus den o.g. Angaben rauszusuchen aber habs entweder nicht gesehen bzw überlesen. Hast du mal HIER (http://pcidatabase.com/) mittels Vendor-ID geguckt um einen anderen Treiber zu bekommen.
Hast Du evtl. mal mit einem Live-Linux geguckt was dir dort angezeigt wird ?

Ich habe Windows 7 Pro x64. Ich habe nur wichtige Windows Patches installiert. (Also keine Optionalen)

Der Intel Treiber ist up-to-date. Driver : C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\iusb3xhc.sys (Version: 4.0.4.51 Date: 2015-12-18)

Beim Suchen im Netz hatte ich ein paar Infos über Probleme des X99 mit USB3.0 wenn auch USB 2.0 Devices and USB 3.0 Ports angeschlossen sind.

Generell ist das Problem für mich nicht mehr so dringend, da ich mir eine dedizierte USB3.0 Karte mit Fresco FL1100 Chip geholt habe.
