There is no point using these drivers 421.65 (WDDM 2.6) if you are not on Windows 10 1903/19H1 with WDDM 2.6.

Drivers 419.35 (WDDM 2.5) have newer fixes than drivers 421.65 (WDDM 2.6).

Da es den eben NICHT im Microsoft Update Center gibt, wohl kaum...
Ist schlicht ein Treiber für 19H1 und das wird durchaus seine Richtigkeit haben.

Er ist eben nur für die aktuelle Version 1809 (und davor) eher ungeeigent.
That's it.

Übrigens findet man oft lustige Dinge in den Treibern von Microsoft.
Hier z.Bsp. in einem der 417.71: "Tomb Raider Underworld - 2 - ESRB T PEGI 12+.jps"
