In the third circle, you find yourself amidst eternal rain, maledict, cold, and heavy. The gluttons are punished here, lying in the filthy mixture of shadows and of putrid water. Cerebus, a canine monster cruel and uncouth with his three heads and red eyes, dwells in this level. He growls and tears at the damned with his teeth and claws.

"Nur" 7 ??? Hätte mehr von Dir erwartet:bäh: Hehehe. Naja, "Extreme" war die 7, 8 und 9 waren immernoch "Very High". Der 6.Kreis war auf "High", der Rest auf "Low" oder "Very Low".

Aber ja, die 7 ist in Sachen Gesellschaft wohl einer der Interessanteren--Attila, Alexander der Grosse, della Vigna . . . und natürlich die ganzen Homos hängen da rum. Ausserdem gefällt mir Blut besser als Feuer oder Eis. ;)

Der 8. und 9. Kreis sind für "Betrüger und Verräter" reserviert, also findest Du da ein paar Päpste, aber auch Odysseus. Im 9.Kreis hast Du eh nur drei wichtige Leute drin--Judas, Brutus und Cassius. OK, Luzifer findet man da auch, aber da gefällt's mir in der 7 in Sachen Gesellschaft doch besser. Mit Verrätern habe ich echt nix am Hut, besonders dann nicht, wenn sie auch noch tiefgefroren sind. ;)

Der einzige Kreis, der interessanter wäre, wäre gleich Kreis 1. Plato, Sokrates, Homer etc. hängen da rum. 4 und 5 sind eh totlangweilig. Sinnlose Arbeiten erledige ich hier schon im Job genug.

When you arrive, you will want to put your hands over your ears because of the lamentations of the sinners here, who are afflicted with scabs like leprosy, and lay sick on the ground, furiously scratching their skin off with their nails.
