Dieser neue Patch ersetzt den bisherigen Blaster Patch, d.h. falls man den Blaster Patch(http://www.microsoft.com/germany/ms/technetservicedesk/bulletin/bulletinms03-026.htm) noch nicht hat, reicht es aus nur den neuen(obigen) Patch zu installiern.
