SGX530 wird wohl eher in high end Handies erscheinen. Das Ding ist ja auch im Pandora handheld integriert (@110MHz) und dafuer voellig ausreichend.
Wenn die ersten 65nm Varianten dann spaeter erscheinen, sollte 200MHz kein Problem sein.
Was ich eigentlich wissen moechte ist ob sie und in welchen Modellen "fast tri TMUs" eingebaut haben. Dinger wie 520 z.B. klingen eher nach "halbe TMU" a la MBX Lite.
